The FUL-FLO Hydraulic Circulating Valve is the part of drill stem testing string, it serves as a bypass around the packer or as a circulating valve to circulate a well after testing.The Hydraulic circulating valve’s delay function carried out by special hydraulic oil flow over the metering
system, when push top coupling moves forward, the mandrel string and metering system also move forward(Oil chamber divide into 2 parts by metering sleeve), when the fluid in below part flow to top part caused by pressure added, the circulating ports will be closed because of delay function of metering sleeve(The flow rate depend on weight set down, the more weight set, the more flow rate, and the shorter time delay).
