1.1. Product use

Hydraulic oscillator is a kind of coiled tubing tool used in horizontal Wells, high inclination Wells, extended reach Wells and other directional Wells. The hydraulic oscillator generates periodic vibration load through the fluid to improve the rock stress state at the bottom of the hole, improve the rock breaking efficiency of the bit, transform the static friction between the pipe string and the wall of the hole into dynamic friction, greatly reduce the friction resistance and torque in sliding drilling, effectively transfer the weight on bit, and improve the drilling depth. At the same time, it can effectively improve the construction efficiency for drilling plug, washing well, jet injection, acidification, wax removal, fishing and other operations with large friction.

Hydraulic oscillator is a kind of self-excited hydraulic oscillator with fluid as power source, which is designed according to the principle of fluid dynamics. The bistable jet element and vortex cavity inside the tool are the core of self-excited oscillation. After the fluid flows in from the outside, the fluid pressure is transformed into periodic vibration shock load through energy conversion.
