Description

Large diameter bridge plugcan be used for temporary plugging of oil, gas and water layer, and can be used for sealing and channeling, water plugging, fracturing and acidification of production Wells. The large diameter bridge plug is left at the bottom of the hole during production, eliminating the need to drill and grind the bridge plug in a plug-and-perforate completion. The plug has a large straight through bore and uses a soluble fracturing ball so that fluid can flow after the plug is inserted, saving days of completion time without the costs and risks associated with coiled tubing operations.

SJS's large diameter bridge plug can realize unlimited stage fracturing construction, and because of its unique large diameter and soluble pellet characteristics, it can realize rapid production after fracturing and greatly improve the effect of measures.

The principle is to use the thrust generated by the setting tool (cable or oil pipe transmission hydraulic pressure) to act on the upper slip, the tension to act on the shear joint, through the upper and lower cone to apply the above pressure and pull two forces, within a certain tension range, the bridge plug upper and lower slip is broken and embedded in the inner wall of the casing, the rubber cylinder expands and seals, and the setting is completed. When the tension continues to rise to a certain value, the shear pin is pulled off, the setting tool is detached from the bridge plug, and the process completes the release.

Selection of matching setting tools

The use of the large-diameter bridge plug should pay attention to the selection of its supporting tools and setting joint package, the selection method is shown in Table 2.
