Description

The multi-nozzle wash tool is a non-rotational wash tool which have multiple tapped holes positioned at various angles. These holes accommodate jetting nozzles or blank plugs, giving the flexibility to use or blank off specific ports, so the tools can be used for backward, sideward, downward or for multiple jetting application.

Conical Wash Tool

Description

The conical wash tool can be used as a conventional wash nozzle for cleaning, also as a key for opening sleeve. As a washing tool it can pass through nipple or shoulder easily, the nozzles can wash the inside of the tubing or casing. For opening sleeve, nozzles in the conical wash tool can clean the ball seat, then the conical bit seats on the ball seat then pump, as the pressure increased the piston moves down, the sleeve opens.
