Structure Composition

Multi-purpose is the novel cycle joint that can achieve the unrestricted free conversion between the outside circulation and the normal circulation. Mainly consists of three parts: the shell, the valve element and the spring.

Operating Principle
After pitching, the Bypass Valve change the pumping pressure to switch cycle channel and then complete different process tasks.

After pitching, using the pumping pressure to shear the non-metallic ball and then return to normal cycle

Features

3). The method of cycle conversion for start-up tool: when pitch entered into valve seat,stop pump 30 ~ 90s and start the pump circulation then can start the operation.
4). Pressure range of the circulation mode switching: 1.4MPa～5.6MPa .
5). Circulation mode：unrestricted free conversion.
6). Special tailor-made：can customize the type of valve core for through logging cable and other cable tool.

Work Effect

1). Save the drilling cycle. Pitch conduct plugging operation when leakage of well and the pitch is plugging operations. After plugging, the tool shear pitches and switch to the normal circulation patterns then do normal drilling operation. It save the drilling cycle.
2). Have multiple switch function, can achieve the unrestricted free conversion between the outside circulation and the normal circulation.
3). Open threshold displacement can be optional according to the actual situation.
